Shin-ichiro Miki is a voice actor with over 230 voice credits to his name, and is a member of 81 Produce, a voice talent management firm. While he is best known for voicing cool, handsome characters and villains, Shin-ichiro has played a variety of roles, including plucky leads, wise-cracking comedic relief, and butt-kicking tough guys. Some of his roles include James (Kojirou) in Pokémon, Kisuke Urahara in Bleach, Genzo Wakabayashi in Captain Tsubasa J, Takumi “Tak” Fujiwara in Initial D, Lockon Stratos in Mobile Suit Gundam 00, and Roy Mustang in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood – the last two winning him the “Best Actors in supporting roles” award in the Fourth Seiyū Awards. Shin-ichiro has also lent his voice to the localisation of many popular western TV movies including Aladdin, Inception and Underworld.
