Specific Art Board rules- Keep your artworks within PG guidelines. Artistic nudity is allowed, within reason. Anything that is not safe for work or above the PG guidelines must be labeled as such, and should be hidden behind a link, not publicly displayed on the forum. Artworks may be removed from public display by forum moderators if they are deemed to be inappropriate
- Only post artwork that is your own creation, unless you are discussing another artists artwork. Claiming another's artwork as your own is a form of plagiarism, and artists do not take kindly to thieves and attention seekers. Similarly, please do not post links to websites where forum members may obtain illegal artbook scans or other pirated material.
- We are all here to talk about art and share our own works. By posting here, you acknowledge that you are open to constructive criticism from fellow forum members. This does not, however, give anyone free reign to tear down your work of personally attack you. Criticisms should be constructive and focus on the artwork, not the person who created it.
- UNACCEPTABLE. "That picture sucks! I hope you die in a fire"
- ACCEPTABLE. "The lighting needs some work; the lightsource isn't clearly defined. Her arms look to long for her body as well. The way you drew the folds on her clothes looks good though."

Recommended maximum sig image size is 500x80. Total height of signature (including images and lines of text)
must not exceed 120 pixels. Combined avatar and signature should be under 100kb.
If your signature or avatar size is too large, we may ask you to change it; If you do not comply, we reserve the right to remove or disable your signature.By using these forums you agree not to;- "Stalk", harass, threaten, or defraud other forum users

If you are a representative from another convention, commercial venture, event or organisation, please contact us before setting up an official thread for its discussion.
- In the interests of your own safety, SMASH! advises everyone to keep personal security information such as phone numbers and addresses to personal messages. Please do not post your personal details in public. If a moderators see such information being posted, it will be edited for your personal safety and security
- Please do not spam the forums; keep random discussion to the official off-topic thread. Other off-topic or random chat threads are not allowed, and will be merged with the existing chat thread if found. Threads may naturally tangent and evolve in their discussion, but do not purposefully derail a thread or you may find the topic split by a moderator. Moderators may also split thread if they feel the current topic of conversation would be more suited to its own thread.
- SMASH! discourages the formation of 'clubs' or cliques within the forum. Any threads created to cater to such groups are also discouraged. Cliques, whether by default or design, tend to include certain people and exclude others. The forums are a free place for anyone and everyone to chat and make friends. If you would like to organise a meet-up with other forum members, please use the Community Events forum. Please note that such threads are not an excuse to spend ten pages chatting with your friends.
