The 2008 TAB is the first (surviving) artbook in hopefully a series of many and so DAMN THAT LUCKY PERSON! (Just joking. Bless you for buying it!) It's probably gonna be worth HEAPS in years to come. My friend said, if you collected a hand full of them and auctioned them off in the future... GOD the money you would make.

Each year every artist gets better and better at drawing with newer ideas and crazy improvements in skills. Each year more and more artists shall know of the Traveling Artbook!
And each year from here on out the Artbooks shall survive!

This year if I contribute I'm going to contribute really, really late...so I have more time to improve. >_<

Unless we can somehow cleverly stitch 2 separate art books together.... then we should try and keep it to 1 book because... part of the intrigue about TAB is that there is only one book every year. >_<

well you could always auction them off as a package. auction for a SET of art books. sounds classy. I had a chance to draw in it at the con but couldnt escape to come draw in it. might try for this one. and next time ill pring more money to have a chance at bidding on it. (went past my means in a few seconds XP)

the one book everyyear thing does make it that bit more special.

I was listening to the start of the auction but somehow I missed the end. $205! Yay! I've been watching the Travelling Artbook threads on the forum since the long lost artbook of 2007 started and it's so great that it all came together.

I'd like to contribute to 2009 when it happens! You'd better make sure you buy one with enough pages for all of us!

When I listened in I thought it was sold for 20 dollars ahahaha.  Wish I could've looked at it before it was sold.  Oh well, live and let live.
