SMASH! IS BACK! 8+9 AUGUST 2009, Roundhouse@UNSW!

SMASH! will be returning for our third year on the 8+9th of August 2009!

Yes, you read that right - Everyone knows the third time's a charm, so this year SMASH! is returning to the Roundhouse@UNSW as a two day convention!

With the return of many popular events and attractions, as well as new events being developed even as you read this message, SMASH! 2009 will be another event to remember!

SMASH! is perfect for both new and experienced fans to have fun - with numerous events, informative workshops, panels and competitions. Come meet other fans celebrating this Japanese pop cultural phenomenon, as they display their creative talents in the Artist Circle, show off efforts in Cosplay, rock socks off in Karaoke, destroy enemies in the Gaming Lounge and kick back and relax in the Maid Cafe.

Have you ever wondered how you could get more involved with SMASH!? If you would like to be a part of the organising committee for SMASH! 2009, then fill out this application form. Alternatively, you can drop us a line at joinus@smash.org.au. Vacant positions are available now and all applications will be considered, so please apply soon. Applications close on Sunday 12th of April, 2009.

With a variety of roles, there is sure to be a position that suits your skills. All that is required is a passion for anime and dedication to the tasks at hand! If you enjoy brainstorming and developing new events, or want to improve your resume by being able to demonstrate experience in management, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a fun filled organisation.
